The biggest problem with Keto and Low Carb diets is the carbs. Holding below 50 carbs per day is almost impossible for me. However, yesterday was very encouraging, total carbs consumed, 38.

You can delete the spam post if you like. When I started low carbing I planned my food around the protein and thought of all other things as extra. Also drank a lot of water That helped. Glad you had a great day
