had a raving for something different for lunch today and took a trip up the hill to Panera. has 1/2 green goddess salad for 280 calories and a cup of autumn squash soup for 230 calories. still under my 600 calorie lunch. also bought a scale. no need to go to the Dr. to weigh myself. I can now be more in control. feel very positive about weighing myself Friday. 🤞
