I am so hungry. 😩 just when I was going to have my shake for dinner my friend call. she needed to be taken to urgent care. still here. I've only had 837 calories. I missed a snack and a shake.

Nothing here. But they did have a scale and I list 3 pounds. Woo hoo!!

Hi everyone, thank you for the support. Just got home, she broke her arm in 2 places. Needs emergency surgery. Her son took over now. I just had my shake like a good girl. This was really a test today. Praise the Lord for His strength. 🤗
