My first day on South Beach. So far so good. Well I've only had breakfast so far.....I am worried about getting enough protein and keeping out the fruit and simple carbs. I had my last fruit last night (sob). Lunch will be salad with seared ahi tuna. Dinner ? The only thing I am really looking forward to is the sf fudgesicle I am having tonight!!!
Dinner is chile made with sf black beans, boca burger, about a tablespoon of chopped onion, garlic, 1 chopped tomato, chile powder, cumin and a tbsp of really hot chipotle salsa and thinned out with veg stock. It looks and smells delicious and I am going to top it with reduced fat mexican blend cheese. Wawaweewa!!!
