oh please let this day end....this day of excess.....i'm soooo hungry/bored/searching for something anything to make me feel better...I'm in such a downward spiral and I can't seem to shake it....snack after snack after wine, snack....I hate me right now....I want this weight off soooo bad and the more I want it gone the more I seem to sabotage my efforts...ARGH!!! ENOUGH. tomorrow is a new day and I will love myself and make this work!!! i'm going to bed so it gets here sooner.....
