Day 8. Not happy because not losing weight . I walked this morning for 30 minutes also looking for low carb foods. I am feeling better and more lively. Maybe thats more important:) Gonna be hard this weekend as I have 10 hour shifts and will have to find food I can eat while working. Also going to have to try to exercise when I finish or before I start. Not enough hours in the day!
