I've become an everyday weigher. I've come to realize if I don't make it a habit and do it everyday, than I don't do it at all. And that's when I start packing the pounds back on. When I actually know what my weight is I feel more aware.

I know how you feel. I actually think that's my new obsession. I'm on the scale all the time. But I'd rather do that then see me go back to my old habits.

I totally agree leangirl!!! I know people say weighing more than once a week isn't good. But I feel like it keeps me more on track.
