DAY 4 Cut down on the carbs and body is going slowly into ketosis. Hopefully this will get some of the fat around my waist! I dont seem to measure less, but it didnt get there overnight either.Got this awful cough and was up all night so instead of exercise I went to sleep for a few hours before going back to work. My weight stayed about the same as yesterday but hopefully will come off by the weekend.
