Back to 146 this morning. Threw the apple pie away. So hard because I made it myself using apples from my SIL's tree and it is a superb pie. Also picked tons of lemons-Lemon Meringue pie anyone?
Ran twice today.

oooh. I hate that feeling. Guilt over food, GOOD food. Couldn't you freeze it or something? Hey, maybe just throwing it out lightened the load a little bit? :) I feel guitly for making you throw it out now, :/

Freezer is no barrier to me! Frozen apple pie is delicious too! Sometimes, I wish I had a big family to feed...

I have that problem too... I love to cook, but shouldn't eat everything I like to cook... stay strong! :)
