So, I thought "grilled chicken salad" would be low in calories, right? WRONG. I never calculated it all out, like FS makes me do. It ended up being 955 calories, when I originally took it as 500ish calories. Lesson learned. Need to figure out how to improve!!

Its the cranberries, cheese and buttermilk dressing that will get you. The greens and chicken are not bad. Progress not perfection. You are doing great, look at your chart.
