July Weight loss--negative 1

I am happy I made the 50 marker. Flumoxed about the weight situation though. I's a real drag. Can't give up though.

I seem to be stuck too. It IS a drag. But, we gotta keep at it, right? At least it's better than ballooning back up ten pounds by giving up.

keep your mind OFF the weight and focus on these goals more... maybe a food one now?
