I don't know how many times I have restarted this program, but now I really have to stick with it. My knees are in terrible shape, I need knee replacement soon since my insurance will not approve the injections I need to help with the pain. I gained so much weight by spraining my ankle and out of work for weeks and then now, my knee issues. I want to lose weight I just need will power.
Also, going against me is my pain medicine does have a side affect of hunger. so all I want to do is snack especially at work. Work is a huge issue since I stress eat. Ugh.
