I need to be more focused about what I am eating. I do so well up to a certain weight and then I end up binging on bad food and have to start all over again. I need to get below 270 and then get below 260 and so on, mini goals will hopefully get me through it
270.9 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh my gosh - this is me too! I take 5 steps forward, then 3 steps back, so what should come off easily is really hard work. I've done the same as you and have set mini goals that are more attainable. I've also set ideal weight loss and acceptable weight loss over a 4 week period, so I will be happy to land somewhere in between :) keep going though, you can do it! x

Just remember, any loss is a loss so don't beat yourself up about it. We all know how hard it is to loose weight so be proud of yourself and positive and this will help. X

Really the best thing to do if you are struggling is just to change a few things at a time, no sugar in a cuppa, or like for me, no marg in sandwiches use something else instead like low fat mayo, or mustard for example. You can still enjoy the foods you like, but just make them in a healthier way. Take one of your favourite foods and remove the least healthy part of it.
