It’s so tough to diet after chemo. I have developed a distaste for most veggies and other foods that I should be eating.
My shoulder replacement seems to be failing and I can’t find my energy.

You have been through hell and back and are here fighting!! Don’t diet!! Diet is a term way to broadly used. Eat really good foods like salmon or chicken. Do you like eggs!!??😋 substituting veggie spirals is amazing. We replaced pasta. LCHF, Keto, Mediterranean please fall below your weekly calories that FS allows. You’re fighting a battle and you need the most whole nutritious foods.

I know what your going through. I went through a battle with breast cancer last year also had chemo,surgery and radiation. I’m know starting to eat healthy by basically watching what I eat. I do light walking and Yoga for 15 mins until I feel like I can tolerate more. I can say that I had gained a lot of weight just from the steroids I took during my battle. Your body has went through a lot and my advice is to eat healthy maybe do yoga for 15 mins out your day. You don’t want to diet end up regressing after the fact. Do not worry about dieting. You have got to let your body heal from the stress of chemo. Hope all goes well.
