Today I couldn't go to the gym but that's ok. We planted 3 large trees, 2 rose bushes, 2 canna lillies, & much ground cover. So much work & sweating for the day, that I lost 2 pounds :) Ate my 4 mini meals with no snacks in between. Drank lots of water to stay hydrated in the heat. Always think of wine or margaritas, but right now getting to my goal weight & staying there is more important. :)
