Well it's another 11 days on the road so I am going to calorie count for my trip to the east coast. Too hard to do low carb the way I like it while I am at airports & hotels. It will be interesting to see how I do. Plan on doing low carb as soon as I get back doing 30-50 minutes of cardio daily while I am there.
weight work & 50 minutes of running 3 miles @ 5.2mph & 2 miles at 5.7-6.1mph
