Been doing the Keto thing full force and i think
It’s working. Biked to work twice this week, Zumba Thursday night and pickleball Friday night. I am trying really hard. There WILL be results
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Google "doctor diet", the top hit will be a keto website that has an incredible amount of info and a link to a macro calculator. I highly recommend it as I wouldn't have been successful at keto if I never had found this.
