Here we go again! In the scheme of things I’ve lost weight over the years, and not gained. So there’s that to remember when the struggle is real. I finally was consistently in my 140s which was amazing, then I kind of became lax and started eating horrible fast food, lotsa carbs, drinking sodas when I’d been very low sugar. I didn’t even want to weigh myself, but once I did and saw I had gained almost 10 lbs from my lowest I’d gotten this year (or any year since I’ve been tracking) I had the motivation to begin my healthy eating again. Just a cpl more lbs til I drop below 150. Discipline! Discipline! I am having a cheat day each Sunday I think... when I’m too strict I give up too fast.
