Third night in a row! I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 147.2lbs. I just weighed myself again...and guess what? 147.2lbs! So for the past three days I have weighed exactly the same in the morning and the evening. During the day my weight does fluctuate somewhat but by night time it always goes back down to the morning weight!

I guess I keep burning off whatever I eat. Eating is another headache now. I seem to have lost my appetite so I have to literally force myself to eat food. This morning I had a Dr. Walkers low carb shake. That was so much easier than trying to force myself to eat egg (AGAIN..FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME!!) first thing in the morning. I think I might start doing that to give myself some variety in my breakfast.

I know what you mean about the eggs. I get tired of them too. But I haven't had to force myself to eat yet..lol. My appetite has gone down some though. That's great how stable your weight is. You're doing great! I've never tried the shakes. Are they tasty?

The shakes I have are bearable. I mean they dont taste bad but they dont have what I call the YUMMY factor (basically I couldnt compare them to a McDonalds Shake!) I add two tablespoons of heavy cream into cold water and then add one scoop (the instructions says to add two scoops but then I would finish the whole canister in 12 days so for the sake of saving money, I just add one. It still isn't too bad). I dont have a blender so I use a small handheld milk frother I have and it works fine. If you have a blender that can crush ice, I suspect this would make a nice smoothie or sorbet. If you check out the Atkins website they have several recipes which call for these low shake powders and they are blended with heavy cream and jello for mousse etc.. I have the Dr. Walkers brand (1 net carb per 2 scoops) in Banana Creme flavor and there are a few more flavors available. I purchased mine from a website called vitacost.com

If my weight is in the general range of the day before, then the weight on the digital scale stays exactly the same. I don't know why is does this. So to correct this, I just press on the scale with one foot to get a new reading (lower) before putting my whole body back on the scale for a new and more accurate reading. Give it a try and you may begin the see the fluctuations within one pound.
