Went to the play Menopause last night. Excellent and fun. They did a song or two on gaining weight. They made it seem as if it is not uncommon to have this evening snacking issue. I have always had it but the last few months are extra bad. Additional motivation I have to get a handle on this AGAIN. Age and my body are now also working against me.

I've had evening snacking issues almost all my life. Last night I was thinking: "why is it that every time I am about to watch a movie on TV, I have to prepare a snack." That has really become an identifiable pattern with me. It's a universal and fairly serious problem that I believe most of us have to deal with constantly. Hang in there buddy!
