Did okay for Thanksgiving, at the end I ate a bit of crap. I'm hoping that I'll be fine for a one pound loss on Saturday. I am contemplating reducing my calories to 1200 for the challenge I signed up for as opposed to 1500. I'm a bit nervous about the scale on Saturday, but I calculated this weeks food diary and I've surpassed 3500 burned calories which would mean that I should lose a pound, I think that's how it should work.
Regardless if I lose or not I have to try and stay positive. This time I told myself that my negative attitude towards losing weight may have been a factor. I'm going to lose weight, I'm doing all that I can do to lose weight therefore I will. I won't be discouraged no matter what the scale says tomorrow.
