i agree.... we are all adults not toddlers with our parents telling us to take a nap and not play with our toys or go to bed at a certain time each day. i hate having myself shocked into waking up from slep by the sound of an alarm clock. thats no way to start your day !!! i do the same... get up and start my day.

I know, I don't even use a alarm, but 3-4 days of the week I am awake before 3:00 am. I used to stay in the bed trying to go back to sleep, but lately I decided I am not going to lose my time in the bed. "I am awake, I get up".

For me a good sleep is more important than exercise, but if I can not sleep, why don't get up and start my morning routine, right? I took a little nap this morning, I am feeling better now.
