Today I ate much more protein. My energy has been so low, and for several reasons. I did feel a bit better today. Still trying to figure out how to get more calories in me.
I ordered a food scale today, and also decided to find some pretty, small dishes. I think cute small dishes will increase my enjoyment of teeny meals. Yay!
