Whoa! A little closer to the calorie count I want, but not so great macro-wise. Also, I might want to change the macro here if I can as fat and fiber are restricted.
I've spent more time researching the diet and while challenging, the reduction of symptoms makes it worth it. Mostly!😀
Failing at adding baby food to database, which just made me laugh 'cuz it felt like an extension of my friends' teasing me about the little jars.
I got to go shopping at Fubonn today and picked up tofu, lots of greens, soymilk, and dashi kombu. I hope to make a fusion miso soup.😊
