Seriously stressing. I dont know what it is about this diet thing that I just cant get into. I dont know... Really dissapointed in myself the last few days but I can't obsess about it I guess. Tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow I will do good!! Hopefully I can find the willpower...

Hey there, It sounds like you are having some trouble. I feel your pain. I have been there myself for the past three weeks. But if you believe, rely on a higher power, he will see you thru. If you don't believe, reach out for something or someone you can center yourself with and focus on that. Either way, I believe the spirit will guide you.

The first few weeks, are you're setting/starting a routine, are always the toughest! Stick it out! After a month the better choices you make in place of the bad start to become instinct and it's not so hard!
