Lol!!! Yep, back in ketosis. I’ve just been super duper busy lately. I’m planning on doing carb cycling but I haven’t had time to plan for it. Staying on Keto it at least low barb until I can find the time to read through my plan. Been crazy around here!! I’m still alive though!
