I am not a pizza lover, but I do love pizza crust, yesterday I went to Chuck E Cheese's , I ate 4 big breadsticks 😋. I have learned to not feel guilty after one day of overeating. 🤗

Vitamins and minerals in pizza Pizza may contain vitamins and minerals such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, phosphorus, calcium, and selenium depending on the toppings you choose. A slice of pizza that contains veggies such as broccoli, bell peppers, olives, spinach, and other nutritious veggies may contain vitamins A, E, B, and K, as well as some minerals. Then you have the fact that there is plenty of fat, carbs sodium, and protein. Oh, and it makes you feel like you're not even dieting. A wonder food, really.

Feel guilty eating a donut, maybe. I don't since I still get my nutrition in. Pizza? Nah. Just make sure your diet is well rounded. Pizza will get you there faster than most any other food. If you ate nothing but broccoli you'd be much worse off.
