Iwas not real excited today whenI woke up and weighed myself! I only lost two pounds! I was hoping for more, The only thing I can think is I am not gettimg enough calories in a day. I don't know if it is mental or what but I just can't seem to eat enough. I find myself getting full very quickly and basically having to CHOKE down my food about half way thru a meal. I thin I will try smaller meals and more snacks stuff. I am just so bewildered, I don't know what to do!

2 lbs is a good loss. You should be happy. We are not going to always have big losses, especially the more you lose. I havn't lost anything significantly in several weeks but and it is frustrating. But I am confident that something is going to have to give sooner or later. Don't get too discouraged. It sound like you are going good.

Hang in there! 2 lbs. is a good loss. Your calories do look low. I try to aim for 1300 -1600 a day and I am in OWL so I eat around 25 carbs a day. I usually lose around 3 lbs. a week.

yep...in agreement! I just came out of about 2 1/2 wks of no loss at all and it's still slow moving. I just know I feel better and eventually all will be as it should be. You are doing great! Don't be discouraged!
