Up 1.2 pounds after almost 2 weeks of no exercise and not eating so well. It could be worse, so I'm hoping I can get it back down in the next couple of weeks or so.
There is a bag of snickers on the table in front of my desk today and I'm trying to be strong and not eat any of them. I know I will eat a piece or two of candy tonight, so I'm trying to keep from eating any until then. My mom is making us dinner too, so I'm sure it won't be the healthiest thing, so I'm trying to keep it light until then. At least I'll get some walking in with the kids.tonight while they are trick-or-treating, but I'm sure it won't be enough to work off dinner and any candy I have.
We were going to go to visit the new baby niece this weekend, but since I've been sick, we may wait until the next weekend. That's probably good, because I need to get myself back on track with my exercise, and they live 5 1/2 hours away, so it would be a whole weekend trip. My goal is to wake up and workout tomorrow. If I can just do that I'll feel better about myself.
