I HATE being sick! I've been feeling bad since Friday and just haven't had any energy to do anything. I've been eating horribly too, but hoping to turn that around today. I stayed home from work yesterday and I'm hoping I can make it through a full work day today. I lost my voice again with this too, so I'm hoping that comes back quickly because I have an interview next Monday.
I was thinking if I felt better this afternoon I would get a workout in, but I don't think that's going to happen. I guess the best I can do is try to keep my eating better and stay within my calorie range until I feel better. At least if I don't gain and I can maintain I'll be okay.
I will do an official weigh-in tomorrow morning, so I'm kind of nervous for that, but whatever it is I'll just have to take it and keep going. I've come too far to give up now.

Seems like everyone is feeling under the weather and not sticking to the plan. The only thing we can do is get back on track and kick butt. Even if that means kicking our own butts. My butt needs a little more kicking.

Know how you feel. Was sick the weekend before last. Seems this bug takes a while to clear up too. Comfort food is not always good for the weight and you want to work out but your body wants to fight the cold instead. Get lots of fluids.......AFTER I was sick I found no salt added broth which I stocked up on for next time. Give your body what it needs...REST and get over this thing. Then get back on track and move forward. Hope you start feeling better.
