Ok so today I decided to take a bellydancing class, for the first time ever, I wanted to do something different to keep the work out routine out of the ordinary. I loved it, I bought a class card, so I guess I will be commited to at least 5 more classes. I felt like I was all over the place though, which made me laugh in the middle of class, how embarassing is that?

I took bellydance for a long time, I even taught it for a while. It is a great low-impact exercise for the core muscles, legs and posture. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
