Good intention but failed!🤔
I intended to record everything I eat in order to keep up with my food consumption and within my limits. Well, I failed. Too much distraction, still jet-lagged, excuses, excuses, excuses. Off to a new round.
I looked at a few recipes today and ran int this grilled cheese. Quick fix but oh, when I added the recipe to my cook book it turned out to be a calorie bomb. Hopefully it will last for most of the day :-)
