Ok so I totally messed up this weekend, Friday I blew it HUGE and Saturday just a little! I was very upset with myself. I have even put on 1 lb.! I feel better today and I have my motivation back! I WALKED my daughters entire Archery shoot(approx 2hrs)in 105. I feel so much better today! I plan on swimming for at least 2 hrs. tomorrow at the pool in Laughlin! Then maybe a little gambling with my Mom tomorrow night!
