The Memorial extended weekend was a diet desaster. We had family and friends around for the entire period. I fell in the trap of grazing and drinking on a continus basis. Reminds me of a candy dish in my old boss's office where was writtern, 'A moment on the lips, forever on the hips'. So true, but I'm back on track this week.
