Time to buckle down and get these last 30 lbs off! I am going to try to reach my goal by my birthday in June. So, we shall see! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, I know I did! 😊

Stay strong and focused. Journal your food, emotions, dreams everything. It will help you track what correlations cause weakness in your discipline and what foods make you feel the best. :) Among a million other positive reasons. At least it helps me a TON.
