I think I am catching a cold. 😷 The one week I have all 4 kids with no help at all. I don't think I have it in me to workout today. 😴

From your RN friend here! I think it is best to skip the workout today. Give your body some time to rest (ha! as much as possible with 4 kids!) Drink lots of water, vitamin C they still say shortens the length of a cold. We will be thinking positive thoughts for you!

I have them occupied with some poster board and a big box of crayons right now. I felt pretty crummy this morning but I feel better right now.

Thank you Jen! I ended up doing the cardio from Hip Hop Abs. I find that one a lot easier than doing the cardio on T25. I will jump right back into T25 tomorrow.
