Today was double up. Abs and Total body. I finally got caught up to where the calendar and days match. Tomorrow is a rest day and stats update. Man, is my body sore.

Thank you! My mat has turned into a play mat for my kids AND my cats. 😑 I can't get a workout in without them. 🤣 I am definitely looking forward to STATurday. I have been working my booty off. 🤣
