Weird lunch( it was soo good though), I started eating PB this year, I hated it before , I think I like more kinds of food now because I know what being hungry feels like.

I did a bad thing afew days ago. I ate 450g of medjool dates hahahahaha. Felt heaps guilty afterwards lol. See I have cheat meals like everyone else. Just my "cheat" meals happen to be fruit hahahaha. Dates in volume can't be good for ya.... They taste to good to be good for ya

Keith I have those bad days too, if sleep less than 3 hours I will be eating all day long, even when my stomach is hurting 😣

PB's gotta be smooth, at least as smooth as natural peanut butter can be made. I get mine from the deli section where the grocery store grinds it fresh, without anything else added, just peanuts.
