Hi folks! I have started this keto diet yesterday and feeling now a light headache, which I usually very rarely feel. Do you guys think is this related to the diet?

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 November 2018:
1135 kcal Fat: 82.56g | Prot: 73.13g | Carb: 30.02g.   Breakfast: Equate Stevia Extract, Silk True Almond Unsweetened, Boiled Egg, Egg Yolk, Bacon. Lunch: President's Choice Blue Menu Blue Cheese Dressing, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Dinner: Lard, No Name Mild Cheddar Cheese, Almond Milk, Broccoli, Cooked Cauliflower (from Frozen), Compliments Hickory Smoked Ham Butt Portion, No Name Mild Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Equate Stevia Extract, Bacon, Frito Lay Baken-Ets Traditional Pork Rinds. more...

It could be if you haven’t eaten enough food

Electrolytes - they are very important on keto. Being low on them causes headache You can watch u tube videos by Volek or Phinney about the art and science of low carbohydrate living (that is the name of their book as well) They suggest bullion cube in warm water - and usually within 10 minutes will feel better

Yes, you will feel a bit lightheaded as your body is struggling to find the glucose but you are not quite in ketosis yet. We call that a flu. Just keep going, drink water, make sure to get enough salt and other electrolytes. It will pass as soon as ketosis start.
