well I met the owner of the meat place I got my meat from. they accidently shipped me 2 turkeys and he came to pick them up. I gave him some of the other stuff they accidently sent and the fat. I told them to check it. no matter what I could not eat it.

I made the beef ribs and my husband loved it. he said it tasted just like denny's from years ago. I did not tell him they were grassfed. I overate and totally enjoyed it. this morning I had the left over juice and remainder of the beef. it was great!

I ordered some more of the buffalo primal packs as that is quite good. I also got some other things coming to try. I would really like to get some of this omega 3 and this place definitely has well tested product. the us government even buys from them for a study they are doing with some of the service men.

I was reading on the carnivore site that Fung thinks you can do the long term fast that reduces your excess skin with just plain fat to help you get through the extended fast. I may try that one day. I definitely could benefit from a long fast but I do need to maintain my glucose level.

Mine too, I have read that most of us think that we have loose skin but in reality it is still body fat( the stubborn one)

yes I am thinking about the future too Marx. I have only lost about 30 pounds and really surprised at all my loose skin.

yes Keilin, when we have loose skin or excess skin the long term fasting seems to encourage the body to use that skin for fuel and reduce the excess. I see pictures of guys that did long term fasting and major weight losses have normal skin. it is amazing.

once I am better healed and feel I can try it I may just do it myself. I debated about starting now and am tempted. but I just don't know if I can handle no calories or super low calories right now.

I am bad at water fasting, I did the IF dry fasting 16 to 24 hours before and it's amazing, if you are thirsty you don't think about food. But I can't go longer because I need my caffeine 🙄 and you can not exercise.

Or when you do OMAD even when you feel like you can eat a whole cow your stomach doesn't allow you to eat that much. But you have to respect that one hour window. I can eat the whole cow in four hours window haha

actually coffee drinking is allowed on fasting, or would that mess you up with the dry part of the fasting?? I exercise fasted, your body once adapted to no food will use your fat stores for energy. since you are not in a kenetic diet plan it may take you a little longer to get there but the body has to adapt to get fuel. before that it will use your other sources until depleted. When I IF Fast for a few days I have a hard time getting myself to eat enough. I am pretty much fixed from that now, but I dread having to go through that again.

Keinin you can do cardio, but you may have some problems with weight lifting fasted. it can take several weeks to fully convert for that heavy of work

and for anyone thinking that the intent of thinking fat may be okay and not interfer in the rebuilding process, I think the intent of the comment was not a fat diet, just a helping hand to get to further extension of time fasted without protein so you could get the benefits of long term fasting

The coffee will break the dry fasting, so I will have to do the water-coffee fasting , I follow on YouTube the Dr Fung , I still would like to do a prolonged fasting once in my life.

I follow the "Snake Diet" on YouTube, there are too many people doing that 7+ days without water, I did just 24 hours
