Day 3 on atkins, my cravings for sugar are getting better, I am still battling boredom versus actual hunger. I think I am full more often then I realize. Hanging in there! I am looking forward to seeing how I am doing when I weigh myself on Saturday!

Don't forget that not only boredom can be mistaken for hunger - thirst can be mistaken for hunger as well! Drink tons of water to make sure you're not trying to satisfy your thirst with food.

Hi there! I am also on Day #3 of low carb eating! HOORAY FOR US!!! Yesterday I had a sausage and cheese omlette for breakfast, tuna salad and celery sticks for lunch, plus cheese and ham rollups as a snack mid-day, and a nice taco salad I made at home, for dinner. All carb friendly items in the salad. :) I love getting ideas from other low carb dieters! I'm excited for my Friday weigh in too!
