I really like the weight graph on this site. I can see that about one year ago, when I was following plan 100%, I was at or below my goal,where I am now headed. So cutting out all processed foods works for me. Even though they are all healthy as processed can be, whole grain GF crackers, almonds, popcorn; they are still snack foods & processed.(I still keep on hand for hubby, since he has no weight issues, plus still hikes, runs, & lifts weights). So, for me, given that my disease for now no longer permits me to exercise, meaning I cannot burn off any extra calories. And because it affects my energy, & every pound of weight requires more energy to carry it around, plus harder on the heart & cholesterol, I am determined to keep at this.
My Instant Pot has been a big help as I find I can cook most of my favorite recipes in it, with some adjustments...a big energy saver...but can still eat my healthy WFPB diet, which I love!
