Surprised I lost a pound last week. Saturday we had a family reunion, about 60 people in all. Smoked Ribs, Pulled Pork, Country Ribs n' Beans, Country Slaw, Southern Corn Bread, much more. I could not help but eat that great food. But I'm back on track. Ate Low carb today & walked a mile as well as Lifted weights. Good to be back in my normal routine.
