I am facing a challenge.
Just as I seemed to break my plateau, my wife got laid off yesterday. Already, I find myself with cravings and stress eating. On top of that, the weather here is pure crap and I can’t get my exercise in.
Looks like I’m going to have to renew my Rec Center membership. They have a good variety of equipment to choose from.
