Complete 1.78 miles on the treadmill, burned 170 calories. This is way down from my normal 3 mile walk. Got to get back on it. I have gained back about 2lbs but I am not stressing because I went out of town and ate whatever I wanted. So I am back and it's back to business. I want to see change in my life mentally, physically, and spiritually and I have been really seeking this change since 07/01/2018. I am still motivated because I do see a great change in a lot of things. My attitude has changed about a lot of things so I go hard at everything! My goal this week is to get back on track and stay motivated. I still struggle with healthy meals but working on that too. Everyone be encouraged and do not let the scale discourage you from your goal. just go harder!!!
