Lol!!! I mixed 1 scoop of protein powder, .5 cup quick gluten free oats, 8 tbsp almond butter, 1.5 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes, and then rolled little balls out of it. Then I dipped some of them in melted dark chocolate.

Vkh right now I am trying g to keep my protein and healthy fats up, while keeping carbs low obviously (Keto)...but I’m not doing strict Keto right now. It does not support my body with the amount of exercise I am doing right now. Keeping carbs under 50, and on a caloric deficit for the next week and then I may bump it up. Still working it out though.

Lena, as long as you're in ketosis it's all good. they say 20 net but I can do 70 net. It varies by person, though it makes the purists mad if you say that or say you ate something not on their approved list lol. I keto more like IIFM and if I'm peeing ketones and dropping weight I call it a success.

Thanks LostSun! I was a little unsure about it since my carbs are now between 30 and 60 or so. I have ketone strips but I’m not sure how accurate they are. Maybe I’ll test them out again tonight.

everyone is different as well as activity level is different. once you are fat adapted you can play with your macro's. and honestly you don't need to be in ketosis to lose weight, it is just a bonus.
