Chicken spaghetti and fried cornbread , I have to delete my chocolate and cupcake because I am full :)

Yum, I just had some chicken spaghetti yesterday. I had to guesstimate on calories, it was made with a lot of cheese and butter so it was probably high in cals

Just looked up the recipe. Luckily, I make a mean cream of mushroom soup since I don't 'do' cans except for hurricane emergency foods (like tuna fish - which sometimes gets eaten when it's really hot and I don't wanna light the stove).

It is a Google recipe," Ultimate chicken spaghetti - southern bite" I added each ingredient and divided it into 10 portions, it has spaghetti, chicken breast, 4 cheeses, can of ro*tel tomatoe and cream of mushroom soup, I also thought that my plate would have more calories, (I am going to check my math again today, I don't like to lie to myself about the calories) I am not pretty sure about the calories of the fried cornbread , I had to subtract 5 g of it because I was full .

I love it when you have to delete stuff because you don't need/want it! I always plan my menus on here a day ahead, so that happens to me from time to time.

LPBeachBaby me too 😊, when I add everything I want to my menu of the day and without worrying, I even eat less, I always save calories for the weekend and this week I only tried on Tuesday, the other days I ate less without trying, I just listened to my stomach 🤗🙏

The total calories of my chicken spaghetti is 5,599.5, divided by 10 servings the total is 559.95 calories. something is missing here , because I got less than 500 calories , jumm 🤔🧐📖
