So...Saturday, not so good. BBQ lunch, fried supper, punctuated with McDonald's frappe. No exercise. Bad week. Several cheats. Time to get back on track!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
