Better this week. Still not cooking or planning well, but a little better. Ran 3/4 mile at 4.4 Tuesday night. Subway wed. Night. Headed to gym for group pump tonight
175.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
