Completed my morning prayer walk. 1.97 miles, not so good. I have to get back to 3 miles per day. I guess I am going to have to do it on the treadmill. I hate the treadmill because I hate walking and not going anywhere. Today I will have a successful day, with my eating. I got my focus back and trying to adjust. I am motivated this week and I am going to do something different. DRINK MORE WATER! EVERYONE BE ENCOURAGED NO matter what the scale say!
